Organizational Effectiveness Analysis

TWG, in working with the head of the Corporate Information Technology Group, conducted an organizational effectiveness analysis with their customers, leadership team, project managers, and business system analysts to understand how they could be more effective in meeting their strategic objectives. The analysis resulted in a series of facilitated discussions during which the team created a multifaceted action plan for helping project managers become more successful in delivering projects on time and under budget.
