The Wynhurst Group (TWG) led the design and development of a four-day leadership development program to assist “managers of managers” make the critical behavioral and skills changes necessary when transitioning from roles where they were “managers of individual contributors.”

TWG conducted a needs analysis, designed program content and curriculum, delivered and modified a pilot session, and conducted a train-the-trainer session with internal training staff for worldwide delivery. The program was further implemented across the organization.
