TWG developed a leadership assessment, feedback, and development program for more than 50 mid- to senior-level executives based on the company’s leadership competency model.

TWG collected 360˚ assessment data, shared feedback, facilitated a three-way career development conversation between participants and their managers, and assisted in the creation of individual development plans. Building upon the learning from the executive leadership development program, TWG designed a mid-level leadership program for directors and vice presidents.

Similar to the executive program, this effort was designed to help employees receive feedback in order to better understand their leadership capabilities and enhance their core business skills based on the Cross Roads Model of Leadership.
